Holly Hunter is an American producer and actress who has been recognized for her highly commendable performances in films like Broadcast News The Firm The Piano and The Incredibles. She won several awards including an Oscar for the movie Piano. She began her career as an actress on Broadway as well as Off Broadway. Since her childhood she's always been very passionate about acting. The role she played was Helen Keller as a fifth-grade student in the school's play. Mumps caused her to be blind and deaf in the one ear, but she did not allow this to stop her from becoming an actress.
